By accessing or using ProcessAI's services, website, or platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProcessAI Partner Group ("ProcessAI," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

ProcessAI provides a process intelligence platform that enables organizations to analyze, visualize, and optimize their business processes. Our Services include: • Process mining and discovery capabilities • Conformance checking and analysis tools • Performance analytics and dashboards • AI-powered insights and recommendations • Integration with enterprise systems • Reporting and export functionality We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls within your organization and ensuring that users comply with these Terms.

Paid Services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law • We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice • Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services • You are responsible for all applicable taxes Enterprise customers may have custom payment terms as specified in their service agreement.

You agree not to use the Services to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security • Interfere with or disrupt the Services • Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization • Process data you do not have rights to use • Attempt to reverse engineer our technology We reserve the right to investigate violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload to our platform ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Services. Our Technology: ProcessAI retains all rights to our platform, algorithms, models, and underlying technology. The Services are licensed, not sold. Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services. Specific service level commitments may be detailed in your service agreement. • Standard support is provided during business hours • Premium support options are available for enterprise customers • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance • We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • We do not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted or error-free • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you.
